Our Story
Hi, I’m Lindsay Perez!
For over 20 years, I’ve lived and breathed fitness and nutrition. From prepping meals for competitions to coaching others on how to fuel their bodies, creating clean, feel-good food has always been my foundation.
NOSHY™ was born from a deeply personal need — What started in my kitchen as a way to support myself has now become something I hope supports you, too.
My husband Chris and I — both proudly Jewish — were in the kitchen making a Passover dessert to bring to a friend’s house. Chris tasted it, smiled, and said, “You should turn this into something real.” Our friends agreed. That night, NOSHY™ was quietly taking shape.
NOSHY™ is more than clean ingredients and fun flavors — it’s a reflection of joy, self-compassion, and second chances. It’s for anyone who is feeling defeated — and for everyone ready to snack smarter, feel better, and refuel with purpose.
